MarIuX32 (32 bit; i686)

About 150 MarIuX32 systems are used as workstations and/or are integrated in several computing clusters at the Max-Planck Institute for molecular genetics in berlin (MPIMG).

MarIuX64 (64 bit; x86_64)

At the MPIMG there are currently 60 systems running MarIuX64 with a total of 130 AMD Opteron processors and 500 GByte Mainmemory exporting a total of more than 27 Terrabyte Diskspace.

MarIuX64 gnu/linux is also installed on 2 private, dedicated root-servers running several Databases, Webservers, Mailservers. This includes the server mariux.org is run on.
